focus group service helps you understand the "why" behind the survey answers. Focus groups allow you to drill down to root problems. Focus groups can enhance your on-going quality assurance programs with in-depth feedback not found in typical surveys. Surveys are an excellent tool to gauge your customers' satisfaction. But surveys sometimes don't tell the whole story.

Focus groups are meetings or gatherings of a group of customers (usually 10 or less) who have been selected based on common characteristics relative to the problem or topic being discussed. Focus group meetings are usually between 1 and 1½ hours in length and are moderated by a non-biased facilitator. Meetings are usually tape-recorded.

Customer, Inc. will assist you with the entire process from identifying the major objective, to developing the questions and facilitating the sessions. We will even assist you in contacting customers and inviting them to attend.
